For buyers, knowing when they can expect an item to arrive is an important factor when making a purchase. That’s why we always send Tracking No. and courier details with customers. Buyer can follow package online all the way to shipping address when we share tracking information.
We select courier partner who can deliver product at earliest in good condition to customer, Approx. 5 working days is time line for product to be at door step.
We accept request from buyer for returning product and initiate process for product retuning which in further allows refund after analysing related problem.
